Want to stay fit? Have a burning desire to join a gym and stay toned and healthy?
Choosing a gym is not a tough a task, as it may seem to be. There are various aspects one must take into consideration before selecting a gym. For instance, you can set up a questionnaire before finalizing a gym that suits your needs and comforts.

Here are a few points that must be kept in mind before enrolling into any Gym.
1.     Location: Make sure the location of the gym is not too far. A gym that is 10 minute far is more motivating than a 10km far gym. You definitely do not want to waste time over commuting.
2.     Flexibility: All of us have our own priorities like work place, home-needs etc. Few of us are free in the morning and rest in the evenings. Gyms offering flexibility in timings should always be given more priority.
3.     Membership Fees: This factor plays a huge role among all.  Most gyms offer quarterly, half-yearly and annual fee subscription and will mind boggle you to take the long-term fees. But be sure of your commitment and then chose accordingly. After all, you’re paying them ;-)
4.     Consult Relatives and friends: Ask your friends, colleagues and relatives or anyone who goes to the same gym. Get their opinions and views.
5.     Equipment: Make sure you have a look around the equipment’s in the gym before enrolling. Ask the trainer for a trial or get a brief description on how they’ll train you and go about with the work-outs. Faulty equipment’s can do more harm than good.
6.     Cleanliness: Hygiene and cleanliness of the gym is also very important. Look out for staff recruited for maintaining the hygiene, dripping water from air-conditioners etc. before enrolling. You definitely don’t want to fall ill when you want to stay fit. ;-)
7.     Cancellations: Check the refund policy of the gym in advance. If you’re not happy with the gym, then this refund policy will allow you to get back a partial amount.
